We Offer:

- Empowerment through Job readiness skills.
- Employer support.
- Job Placement Follow-up: We visit the participants at the job site and encourage both the youth and the employer.
We hope to place all these young adults in a rewarding job that will help them understand how much value they have.
Our Beliefs:
If we are willing to stand by a young adult, believe in them, hope with them, and never give up on them, even when times are hard, they will have a chance for success.

- Developing healthy relationships
- Dealing with addictions
- Dealing with work related conflicts
- Anger and release
- Character qualities
- Responsible fatherhood
- Word studies
- And additional life skills
All this is taught in the framework of Biblical principles.
