Joe grew up in Wisconsin where he received a Bachelor degree in Business from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin.

He moved to the valley working in the corporate world before starting a private business specializing in emergency cleaning industry in 2004.

He became involved with “From Gangs to Jobs” in June of 2013, with a passion to mentor young men who seek to change their lives.

Joe believes that all people should be given a second chance, believing his own walk of hardship has given him a desire to help others in their restoration process, adopting a friend’s motto: “always finish strong”.

He is involved in other volunteer activities ranging from church ministry and mentoring men.

Joe is married to Jenifer.

Has four children, a son in law, two stepchildren and two grandchildren.
