Co-Founder & Director

Natividad was a gang member until Christ transformed his life on June 20, 2003. He completed the Teen Challenge program, Bakersfield and Riverside, California, and an internship with God’s Gang in Santa Ana and San Juan Capistrano, California.

Natividad graduated from Bible College offered by Teen Challenge Ministry Institute, where he supported a start-up program called Won-by-One God Squad.

In 2006, Natividad felt a calling and moved to Phoenix, Arizona. He volunteered at Neighborhood Ministries and helped implement a program called Strong Hold, teaching class and mentoring youngsters, and he taught Responsible Fatherhood at Victory Outreach, all while maintaining a full-time job.

In 2007 Natividad was contacted by Cliff Porter and asked to help start a program called A Cord of Hope.

The mission of the organization was to help young men out of tough life situations via construction work.

Cliff and Natividad joined forces again to start “From Gangs to Jobs” in 2008.

In 2009, Natividad completed the leadership training program of the Devos Urban Leadership Initiative and in 2012, became ordained with the Church of God.

Natividad enjoys hanging out with his wife Jenny and their 2 beautiful children, Liberty and Alex.
